Job Description
This position entails working with business analysts / product management to define user stories and translate them into great user interfaces for all functionality in the reservation system.
Successful applicants will have a proven track record defining positive and productive user experiences for non-trivial web applications. We are seeking UX designers who enjoy testing and iterating to find user interfaces that seamlessly facilitate successful use of the software. Designers must be able to translate user stories into great user interfaces via flow diagrams, wireframes and functional mockups as needed. Experience with HTML, Javascript and CSS to help with implementation is strongly preferred.

Requirements
- Solid foundation in UXD theory and practical application
- Experience leading UXD for complex web applications
- Familiarity with user experience design trends and best practices.
- Experience using industry standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with agile development methodology (iterative approach to software design)
- Familiarity with front end web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript & CSS
- Preferred: Degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, HCI or a related field
- Preferred: Experience in the travel and tourism industry
- Preferred: Experience with quantitative and qualitative user behavior research
